Dropout Base contains Yeast Nitrogen Base (1.7g/L), ammonium sulfate (5g/L) and dextrose (20g/L). If another sugar is indicated in the product name, that sugar is present at 20g/L and dextrose/glucose is not present. Broth (DOB) and Agar (DOBA) mixtures are available.
MV Medium Agar contains Yeast Nitrogen Base (1.5 g/L), ammonium sulfate (5.2 g/L), dextrose (20 g/L) and agar (20 g/L).
