YPD (YEPD) Medium contains peptone (20g/L), yeast extract (10g/L) and dextrose (20g/L). YPAD contains the same plus 40mg/L Adenine.
AHC Media contains Yeast Nitrogen Base (1.7g/L), ammonium sulfate (5g/L) and dextrose (20g/L), adenine sulfate (0.02g/L) and casein hydrolysate (10g/L).
YEP Medium contains peptone (20g/L) and yeast extract (10g/L).
YE Medium contains dextrose (30g/L) and yeast extract (5g/L).
YM Medium contains yeast extract (3g/L), malt extract (3g/L), peptone (5g/L) and dextrose (10g/L).
ME Medium contains malt extract (30g/L) and 50 mg/L each of adenine, histidine, leucine and uracil.
All agar formulations contain 17g/L agar except YPAD and YM, which contain 20g/L agar.
