YES 50 Media contains 5 g/L yeast extract, 30 g/L glucose and 50 mg/L each of adenine, histidine, leucine, uracil and lysine. Use 35.25 g/L.
YES 50 Agar contains the above plus 17 g/L Agar-Y. Use 52.25 g/L.
